I love drawing parasites! In case you had missed the other “wtf, nature?” about parasites, here they are: first one and the second one. This (quite obviously) is the third one.
Oh, and if you’re interested in parasites (how could you not be, anyway), try following this blog. It’s a blog of infinite coolness.
Hi there, I write for the Parasite of the Day blog and I just came across your blog because I noticed it was directing some traffic to mine. Your comics are really funny and cool and I am glad that at least two of my blog posts (the heavy metal tapeworm and the fluke that resembles “a little penis with threads”) had inspired those informative and entertaining cartoons.
I also draw cartoons of parasites sometimes – here’s one I did of Leucochloridium paradoxum a few years ago:

Keep up the great work!
Hey hey! I’ve been reading your blog “Parasite of the Day” for a couple of years already and I think it’s really inspiring (as you might see from the parasites I used in the comic). Sooo it is very very flattering to hear that you like my blog as well! Thanks! :)
Your cartoons are cool! I especially liked the ones with fake parasites, such as “the circle of life”. Are those yours as well (I mean cartoons, not the parasites)?
Hi Miglė, yes those cartoons are indeed mine, I post most of my artwork on a deviantART account here: http://the-episiarch.deviantart.com/gallery/
I have some imaginary parasites in that gallery such as the one you found in “the circle of life”, but there are others too – such as this one which started as a bit of a joke: http://the-episiarch.deviantart.com/art/Unicorn-Blood-Parasite-298870745
It describes the life cycle for a unicorn blood parasite
